1 Grosvenor Place

1-5 Grosvenor Place – Peninsula London hotel

The Peninsula London is a proposed 190-room hotel on Hyde Park Corner Belgravia, one of London’s most celebrated addresses. Joint venture partners Grosvenor Britain & Ireland and The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited received planning consent in April 2016.
Designed by British-based Hopkins Architects, the new building will replace the existing offices at the site, built in the 1960s. The Peninsula London is planned to cater for both hotel guests and local customers. In addition to guestrooms and spa, the hotel will have shops, bars, restaurants and a ballroom. A grand pedestrian entrance on Grosvenor Place will be accessed from a colonnade linking to an internal ‘Palazzo-style’ courtyard.
The proposed building also includes 24-28 residential apartments with a separate leisure and spa facility, reception and entrance on Halkin Street.

5 Sir Robert McAlpine - Victoria Sq. Woking
5 Victoria Way, Woking GU21 6DD
Victoria Square is a residential skyscraper complex and wider town centre redevelopment project in Woking.
At 34 and 32 storeys high, the two residential towers feature over 400 high specification apartments in a prime Woking location.

6 The Shard

The Shard, also referred to as the Shard London Bridge and formerly London Bridge Tower, is a 72-storey skyscraper in Southwark, London
The glass-cladding pyramidal tower has 72 habitable floors, with a viewing gallery, office spaces, bars, restaurants and open-air observation deck on the 72nd floor, at a height of 244 metres.

13 Mace Group – BBC White City

Television Centre (TVC), alternatively BBC Studioworks Television Centre, is a building complex in White City, West London, which was the headquarters of BBC Television between 1960 and 2013. After a refurbishment, the complex reopened in 2017 with three studios in use for TV production, operated by BBC Studioworks.

- It was built by property development company Ballymore. The Ontario Tower is a primarily glass and aluminium design. Its roof is sloped, with a blue LED -rimmed elliptical profile.
